Loving life! Live free with happiness!

I started working at a place where they really care about their employees. I was super excited. There were things that was said that just got me super excited about life and moving on to good things. Not only because, I got the news that I'm cancer free but also because I had the chance to spend time with my little nephews for Christmas. I love them sweet boys!!! I love seeing them grow and seeing how smart they are and accomplishing great things. It gives me joy. =) I love spending time with them and with my family.
Since my scare, I have decided to change a few things. One of which, be happy wherever I am. Life is soo good. I have the ability to choose happiness and I have the ability to choose what's best for me. I exercise to keep the good endorphins coming. I eat a lot of fruits and eat out  once...Ok, sometimes twice a week...sshhhh, don't tell anyone. Hahaha! =)
To me happiness is having God in my life as my center, giving back to society by working, going running,  giving myself healthy options, doing things that I love and enjoying it.
Ever since I was 12, I learned life is soo very precious. That you have to take care of it and not take it for granted. This rang especially true, when my best friend and sister, became really ill. We were told she may not make it. Time and time again, she has fought against all odds and has shown a will to live and to be happy. Though hard, she has done a great job. She is my hero!
She has personally blessed me and taught me how to be happy even when the going gets rough. She has taught me silly conversations are fun, and should happen with great frequency, this will keep you young. She has taught me a love for how amazing the body works and heals itself. We live to learn about health and she was studying to be in the medical field but because unfortunate events it's made it difficult. Yet, she is ahappy woman. She is my best friend. She is my sister!!
I can't tell you how much she has taught me. That laughing IS in fact a great medicine. If your having a serious conversation and having a hard time being serious...make silly faces. Maybe, cross your eyes and stick out your tongue. See if you can make the other person laugh. The goal is to make everyone laugh. She taught me that life shouldn't be taken too seriously. You live once, enjoy it. Stop and smell the roses. Having dress up parties are more fun when everyone joins in. Who cares what others say. Don't be afraid to be you. Ultimately, to dance when others are looking, smile like there is no tomorrow, laugh out loud, and be happy always. Free yourself from bad. Remember to thank your Maker for blessing you and always being by your side.
It makes me happy that because of great people in my life, my family, friends, coaches, people I work with, leaders and the list goes on. I have learned the true value of happiness. of living life to the fullest. Enjoying every breathe by doing good things. In the end, it makes you feel good and loving life. Hence, life is soo good. =)
